In-Character Information
Name:
Kurt Wolfson
Series: Yu-Gi-Oh! AU
Canon-Point: After fighting off Yami Malik
History: LINK BECAUSE TL;DR LIKE HELL HOLY SHIT
Personality: Kurt is easily described as a gentle, kind boy who is not the brightest crayon in the box.

He's very friendly and cheerful, meeting anyone with a gentle smile and an extended hand and always willing to listen to the problems of most anyone, stranger or friend. He clearly enjoys helping those that he can and likes to lend a hand with his friends often, regardless of whether or not it's something like cheering or something like cleaning. He doesn't like being a freeloader at all, and if he does need to stay with someone he'll often pester them for something to do in return to help them until they cave and give it or smack him upside the head to knock it off.

Unfortunately, one of Kurt's quirks is that he doesn't always have the tightest attention span. If something catches his attention strong enough he will pay attention to it single-mindedly, following it with the exclusion of everything else. This has led to situations where, walking down the street while reading, Kurt has done anything from walking straight-on into a light post to somehow taking the wrong train and ending up in Osaka while he was trying to go home. While this quirk isn't usually debilitating, it can trigger at random with the strangest things, and he can sometimes be in quite a bit of trouble if someone can't snap him out of it.

Despite the fact that he's one of the strongest beasts in his world, Kurt is a fairly non-violent boy, avoiding fights when necessary and generally preferring flight if it comes down to him being on the line. However, this is far from him being a coward: if someone he cares about is in trouble, he will turn on the one threatening them with the rage of a father wolf, doing everything in his power to drive them off or at least distract them until his friend(s) are safe once more.

Kurt is very easily frightened, which has led to some teasing by his peers. Even something as simple as jumping up behind and grabbing him causes him to screech, and if things become too much for him he tends towards hiding behind or under something whenever he gets the chance. However, just as with his distaste to violence, Kurt's fear won't keep him from joining a fight it means saving his friends from something dangerous.
Powers: Well, Kurt is kind of sort of a dragon, you see. He can shift between it and his "human" form at will, though his senses are still mildly enhanced in his human form.

Limit-wise, the limit will determine both the power of the dragon form as well as the size. Without any limits, he's his full size, naturally strong self. With, say, 20%, he's a hatchling-size drake who can barely glide without tripping over his own feet.
Starter Pokemon: Deino because fuck yeah three-headed dragon

First-Person Sample:

...So... ah...

[The video is broadcasting from angled upwards today. As Kurt appears to be wearing nothing on the top half of his body, it's fairly easy to guess why that is, especially taking into account the deep blush that seems to have settled on his face.]

Would... ah... anyone have any spare clothing? I've... kind of lost mine... Ehehe....

Third-Person Sample:
Kurt had expected it. He was just honestly surprised how long it had been in coming.

Deino held his hair back, letting his trainer retch into the bushes without fear of dirtying the silky white hair. Kurt was emptying out his stomach, his body trembling and shaking from the nightmare he had just awoken from.

That grin. Those eyes. Yami Malik was indeed the thing of nightmares, and the one the poor boy had just suffered was enough that he was here now, throwing up what had been his dinner some minutes ago and was now just dry-retching what little liquid was left.

"Deino?"

He managed a smile in the direction of his partner, taking a shaky breath.

"I'm... just fine. I will be. It's okay, don't worry."

Hurk. And another round into the bushes, Kurt's nails digging into the dirt as tears fell from his face, unable to stop the trembling through his lithe form.

"...Why... Why would something like that exist...?"

"Deino..."

It was a good few minutes before he finally settled enough to stop throwing up, sitting up properly with a weak exhale. He blinked as the little dragon-type dropped a rag in his lap, smiling weakly as he cleaned off his face.

"Deino?"

"Yes, I'm fine now. Let's go back to bed, okay?"

"Deino..."

Sleep was, honestly, the last thing he wanted to do, but hopefully with Jou around, he wouldn't have another nightmare like that.
